At Premier Health Care LLC, we understand navigating medical care and services can be complicated and expensive. Our office has been created to provide Direct Primary Care (DPC) and specialized services that resembles the care provided by traditional primary care offices with increased access to our clinicians, increased transparency and reduced wait times while avoiding restrictions imposed by insurances. Our goal is to partner with our patients during their journey to wellness and a healthier life.
Direct Primary Care is a new model of primary care that is, in a lot of ways, similar to how care used to be provided. This model of care emphasizes the development of a relationship between our clinicians and patients with this being the focal point of care. Instead of fee for service style care where a patient may be charged co-pays, experience unexpected fees or high deductibles, we operate on an affordable flat monthly fee that is highly individualized based on services desired. Under this model we do not accept or bill insurance or accept HSA as a form of payment. This allows us to take a simplified approach to care with our patients getting the services they need with reduced wait times and often at a lower cost than traditional primary care offices’ charge resulting in increased patient satisfaction.
We do not take or bill insurance. Our office operates on an affordable flat monthly fee that is highly individualized based on services desired. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges associated with our care. Additionally, due to federal regulations, we are unable to accept HSA as a form of payment currently.
Health coverage through insurance does not equal health care. Often, despite having insurance, patients are left waiting long periods of time before they can be seen by their clinicians. Even worse, for those seeking to establish care with a new primary care provider the wait may be months. By not billing insurance companies our office is able to keep our clinician’s patient panels smaller, offer longer visit times and navigate around many of the barriers that insurance companies create when a patient seeks care.
No. We do not recommend that our patients cancel their insurance coverage. In fact, we recommend that our patients keep their insurance plan active. This is because, while our office does not bill insurance, expenses such as prescribed medications, blood work, imaging, referrals to specialists and even hospitalizations will still be covered by insurance. It is important to keep active insurance to assist with the cost of these services.
Our services are billed on an affordable flat monthly fee basis. This monthly fee is highly customizable based on the services a patient desires. There are discounts applied when our patients opt into more than one of our services. Payment will occur once each calendar month on the same day services were initially established. Accepted payment forms include cash, credit, debit. Payments can be made in office at time of appointment, through automatic deduction or by accessing a payment link on our website – COMING SOON.
This is dependent on services selected by each patient. Regardless of services selected, the monthly fee includes in office visits and/or telehealth visits at the request of the patient. There are no additional fees associated with each visit. Additionally, the fee covers direct access to our clinicians through phone, text or email. For specialized services such as testosterone replacement and weight loss, our monthly fee includes the cost of medications. No more hassle with front office staff, attempting to get a message to your clinician or getting questions answered by your clinician.

While our hope is to develop a meaningful relationship with each one of our patients, we understand that our services may not meet the needs of everyone. Therefore, we believe patients should be able to seek the care they feel fits their needs without penalty. Therefore, there are no fees for cancellation of membership. There are no contracts to sign and no obligations to continue care with our office.
Yes, we do offer telehealth appointments for the convenience of our patients. However, telehealth visits are available only after the initial in-person comprehensive exam has been completed and the patient must be in the state of Connecticut at time of telehealth visit. This allows us to establish a personalized treatment plan and ensure that telehealth is a suitable option for ongoing care.
Our team is here for you! Send us a message, and we will reply as soon as possible.
