Premier Health Care, LLC is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our comprehensive Direct Primary Care (DPC) Services for both men and women ages 18 and older. Located in Bozrah, CT, our clinic provides a model of primary care that places the relationship between patient and provider first by removing insurance and the restrictions insurance companies impose on the delivery of care. By removing insurance companies from our care we are able to place greater emphasis on you and your health concerns and goals by providing highly individualized care during longer visits for less cost to you.

Here at Premier Health Care LLC we offer a variety of services including Direct Primary Care (DPC). Under this service we are able to offer medical care including Annual Physical exams, wellness exams, work physicals, sports physicals, medication management, treatment of acute processes including colds, rashes, suture removal, management of chronic conditions and more. Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) office does not accept insurance and cannot accept HSA as a form of payment. We have left behind the fee-for-service billing format that is standard with the use of insurance and is often associated with unforeseen fees such as co-pays, services that are not covered by insurance, high deductibles for our patients. Instead, we operate on flat monthly rates. The rate may vary depending on what services a patient is utilizing but will not vary month to month and will not include hidden or unforeseen fees. By eliminating third party payers we are able to keep pricing services simpler, cheaper and more transparent resulting in a more cost-effective and pleasurable experience for our patients.

Traditional primary care offices often require their clinicians to carry a panel of about 2000 patients per provider. This often results in increased difficulty for patients to obtain an appointment with new patients often waiting more than 6 months to be seen. Additionally, this results in visit times of 15 minutes or less that are often rushed. At Premier Health Care, LLC, we recognize the importance of addressing health issues promptly and effectively with a goal of keeping wait times for appointments at a minimum. Additionally, our visits are catered to our patient’s needs, often lasting between 30 to 60 minutes but may be as short as a patient needs. Regardless of whether a visit is 10 minutes or 60 minutes it is all incorporated into our monthly fee and does not cost more or less based on time.
